Hi there, my name is Colton Haney, I was born and raised in Metro Atlanta! Since the age of 19, I have been working in the Mortgage industry for Fairway Independent Mortgage (Northpoint Mortgage) but growing up with a father in the industry as well, some would say I've been in it since I could walk!!

Starting in this industry at a young age taught me a lot, I was able to see the good sides of the market and the bad and was able to adapt to each situation. Behind the scenes is a team of Processors and Underwriters that are the best in the Biz, and we have full control of the process which results in a very smooth closing!

I am extremely passionate about what I do and thanks to my background in sports, I find it hard to quit, so I work very hard to do whatever I can, for all my clients.
